The table below lists the configuration files that Avaya one-X Agent services and applications provide. The configuration files are stored at Data\Avaya\One-X Agent\1.0

If any configuration file gets corrupted, delete/rename/backup the file. The file is then copied again from the Install directory. If a default file is not found in the Install directory, a blank configuration file is created.

Note You can change the configuration file format by editing an XML configuration file using Log4net tool.
